So, I would call this a boutique hotel. Very cute, clean, and modern. It's been 32 years since I've been on the island and I don't remember much. It was only a day trip then. That being said, I did my research and relied on what others said where to stay, etc. Initially, I was going solo, but then my boyfriend ended up being able to make it last minute, so that was good. The location is good. Hotel is in the perfect location if you want to be able to walk to the city center, Ferry Port, and the north beach(Playa Norte). North Beach is a 12 min walk. Easy. The hotel offers breakfast, which was very good. Prices are US prices, but that wasn't a problem. View was amazing out the rooftop restaurant. Nothing fancy but clean, AC, and the server played nice music. Very relaxing! I wish I got her name! They have a small cozy bar that offers 2 for 1 beer from 4 to 5. We did not patronize the bar because we wanted to walk the city center and tour the island. We were able to get beach/pool towels daily. They had a small pool inside a courtyard like area. Very cozy and quaint. We did not have time to use it, and we wanted to sit at the beach. If you want to rent a moped or golf cart, there is a rental place only two doors down from the hotel, and it was easy to rent. They accepted cash only-USD or pesos. It was $125 for a 24hr rental for golf cart. Make sure to bring you driver's license from wherever you live if getting either. We had a balcony on street/ocean side and I loved it. It was a little loud but that didn't bother us. If you're wanting something quieter then look on the north west side or go south. We had an issue with our AC but they fixed it immediately. Water pressure a little low but I didn't expect it to be normal. All in all it was great! I would definitely stay again. I wanted to add more pics to this review but couldn't.

Wonderful, very clean hotel, located a short walk from the ferry and many wonderful restaurants! Our double room on the 4th floor had a wall of windows/sliding glass doors to our balcony, with an awesome view of the ocean and boats. Amazingly quiet inside the room even though the hotel is right on the main road. The simple but very clean room was large with lots of storage space for belongings. Bathroom area was beautiful, clean and roomy with nice fluffy towels. Beds were pristine, comfortable and pillows fluffy. AC worked hard and managed to keep the room cool. Liked that we had a mini fridge and coffee maker, also cold/hot water cooler in the lobby plus 2 free bottles of water per day. Bilingual reception staff were all very nice and helpful. Golf cart rental business right beside the hote. Breakfast in the air conditioned rooftop meeting room was very good (not included in our room rate but decently priced and no need to walk a ways to the restaurants serving breakfast). The waitress was very sweet and could speak a little English. Beautiful view of the ocean and downtown through a wall of windows while eating. Also on the rooftop was a small but nice, air conditioned workout room. The charming but small pool area near the lobby looked nice but we did not use it. Nice but small elevator so no climbing stairs was a plus. We arrived earlier than 3:00, prepared to leave our luggage there and go get lunch but our room was ready and they happily let us check in early! Pretty much loved everything at this hotel!

A gem right by the ferry terminal! Bahia Chac Chi on Isla Mujeres is a delightful small hotel that stands out for its friendly staff and impeccably clean rooms. My recommendation: Definitely opt for the room with a Bay View. This upgrade is particularly worthwhile here, as the alternative view is not quite as impressive. Although we only spent one night here, in hindsight, we regret not having stayed for our entire Mexico vacation. The location is excellent, and there's a relaxed atmosphere throughout. Many amenities, including restaurants, bars, and the beach, are conveniently within walking distance. A place that is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

This hotel is located one block from the ferry terminal, it is a big deal for us with several suitcases. The staff are very courteous and helpful. It is a bonus that they provide bottle water in the room and you can refill the bottles from the water cooler on the first floor. Our room is on the third floor with oceanview, I would prefer higher level because of the street noises but it is not too bad. They also have free storage service if you arrive too early or want to stay around after checking out. There is some kind of construction going on in the next building but the noises are not too loud and it is not constant.

Great location near the ferry, right in the heart of the village at the north end of Isla Mujeres We walked to and from the ferry, about 1.5 blocks away. This hotel is in the perfect location for everything. Golf cart rental is a block away, shops, restaurants, tour places are all right there. Short walk to Playa El Norte, 2 blocks from Playa Centro. Good front desk staff, hotel is clean, has a nice little pool (which is not super warm), a nice gym, nice area to hang clothes, good AC, hot water, space around the sink to put toiletries, big shower/bathroom, a safe, a fridge. Nice place.
